Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deployment activities for designated waves, regions, or business units, developing and executing deployment plans aligned to transformation milestones.
  • •Ensure readiness across people, process, data, technology, and governance; monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
  • •Implement standardized E2E planning and IBP processes, ensuring adoption of global frameworks, governance, and KPIs while managing approved deviations.
  • •Drive organizational readiness, communications, engagement, and training, championing the operating model and monitoring adoption metrics.
  • •Coordinate deployment readiness for planning systems and data, partner on testing and user acceptance, and track deployment KPIs and benefits realization through governance forums and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in supply chain, planning, IBP, or transformation ecosystem.
  • •Experience deploying planning operating models across multiple business units or geographies.
  • •Experience with centralization or Global Business Services programs.
  • •Knowledge of SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, or similar planning platforms.
  • •Experience with large-scale transformation, change management, and program/project delivery including IBP (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/S&OE, Inventory/Senario Planning).
