Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate client intake via in-person, telephone, or video and respond to service inquiries by phone and email.
  • •Provide office reception for immigrants and visitors, and communicate client case updates, requests, and referrals.
  • •Open, distribute, and process incoming mail and prepare outgoing mailings.
  • •Prepare invoices and/or collect payments for service fees and agreements for legal consultations and processes.
  • •Schedule in-person and Zoom appointments between clients and legal practitioners, and help organize case files and related materials.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written), including professional document translation between the two languages.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
