Job Summary

Partner with organizational leaders to design and execute People Operations programs that enhance culture and employee experience. Serve as a strategic HR advisor and “voice of employee,” overseeing talent assessment and talent management, employee value proposition development, and employee engagement. Lead proactive compliance, employment law, policy definition, and employee relations work while using people/talent data and metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement across the company.

Key Responsibilities

•Build trust and relationships with executive, senior, and frontline managers; address skill gaps and up-level management talent.
•Operate talent assessment and talent management, including designing and facilitating talent development, talent movement, and workforce planning.
•Develop and evolve the employee value proposition (EVP) and oversee employee engagement activities in partnership with Recruiting and employer branding.
•Oversee compliance, employment law, policy definition, and employee relations; establish continuous inspection processes.
•Counsel team members and collaborate on People Operations and Operations projects as responsibilities evolve.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive human resources (or relevant) experience.
•Independently identify needs and design, implement, and iterate people/talent programs.
•Strong acumen and passion for people/talent data, metrics, and measurement.
•Familiarity with operational improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, Kaizen, Agile/Lean, 5 Whys).
•Breadth of experience across multiple HR functional areas and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
