Job Summary

Move polymer concrete products in and out of the facility, including loading/unloading trucks and staging orders for daily shipment or storage. Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies; participate in continuous improvement activities; read production and shipment paperwork; inspect materials and operate a forklift with daily/weekly maintenance checks. Maintain accurate yard bin locations, perform cycle counts, and consolidate pallets as needed in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Move products in and out of the facility and load/unload products onto and off of trucks for daily shipment.
•Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies; identify safety hazards in yard and storage locations.
•Pick, wrap, and stage orders for daily shipment or storage and maintain accurate organization of yard bin locations.
•Inspect material/products/equipment for defects and perform forklift maintenance checks on a daily and weekly basis.
•Perform cycle counts, consolidate pallets, empty dumpsters and scrap bins, and participate in continuous improvement programs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
•Experience with forklift operations.
•Ability to read and interpret Production Work Orders (PWO), Assembly Pick Sheets (Orders), and Bill of Ladings.
•Basic math skills and strong attention to details.
•Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs continuously and work in hot and cold environments.
