Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Mendix delivery across multiple projects, ensuring end-to-end software development lifecycle adherence.
  • •Manage multifunctional teams (Development, Quality, Business Analysts, Technical writers) to deliver on time and within scope.
  • •Oversee workload distribution and resource allocation across projects.
  • •Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders in English, including presentations and technical writing.
  • •Implement architecture patterns and deployment options aligned with cloud-native environments and microservices.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or similar.
  • •Extensive experience in Software delivery projects end to end.
  • •Ability to run multifunctional teams (Development – Quality – Business Analysts – Technical writers etc..).
  • •Advanced knowledge of integration techniques and protocols.
  • •Familiar with Microservices architecture and cloud native environments
  • •Ability to manage multinational teams, as well as hire and train new teams.
