Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and manage assigned project equipment to ensure customer satisfaction through diagnosis and repair.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC units in a commercial environment using blueprints/engineering specifications and hand tools.
  • •Work with internal and external partners across new installations and retrofits.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays, while enforcing safety standards and asset accountability.

Salary: CAD 40,500 - 85,800 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld devices (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to meet physical and safety requirements including PPE use, ladder use, and frequent lifting/moving (up to specified weights).
