Key Responsibilities

  • •Host and engage scheduling business processes to ensure positive impact in Micron FABs.
  • •Develop business cases, including impact validation approach, ROI of potential solutions, and project prioritization.
  • •Quantify, track, and monitor financial and operational impact of solutions.
  • •Develop data analytics and applications to provide insights and enable management and manufacturing teams to make informed decisions.
  • •Collaborate globally with management, departments, and manufacturing sites to identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve production metrics; drive alignment and benchmarking of scheduling and simulation solutions.

  • •Strong FAB operation domain knowledge and experience driving projects.
  • •Develop business cases including impact validation approach, ROI assessment, and project prioritization for implementation.
  • •Quantify, track, and monitor financial and operational impact of scheduling/simulation solutions.
  • •Create high-quality data analytics and applications that provide insights and drive actions for management and manufacturing teams.
  • •Programming capability in C#, Python, and SQL; experience with Snowflake, GCP, and JS; knowledge of simulation, factory scheduling, optimization, and machine learning/reinforcement learning preferred.
