•Build, coach, develop, lead, and motivate the branch team to deliver excellent client service and execute the Branch Playbook.
•Own branch operations and compliance, providing guidance on operational/regulatory procedures, security, audits, and timely completion of tasks.
•Drive business growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition, and lead outside calling to small business clients.
•Recruit, staff, schedule, onboard, and train teammates, deploying to other branches as needed for area coverage.
•Conduct disciplined coaching and performance management using observational coaching, joint sales calls, and training tools.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in a sales capacity with proven ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
•3+ years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
•General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
•Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
