Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, maintain, and continuously enhance the regional compliance framework, including key policies and alignment with global standards and local regulations.
  • •Conduct compliance risk assessments and evaluate control effectiveness to identify improvements and implement risk-based enhancements.
  • •Drive compliance monitoring, testing, and assurance across the region, recommending remediation and supporting corrective actions while reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
  • •Act as regional subject matter expert for compliance topics including Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Sanctions, advising on regulatory developments and enforcement actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related discipline, with 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or related functions in international environments.
  • •Strong expertise in compliance frameworks, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Sanctions, CSRD, and other regulatory and governance requirements.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading compliance programs independently, from risk assessment and policy implementation to remediation and issue resolution.
  • •Strong analytical and investigative capabilities, including conducting or overseeing investigations and driving effective remediation actions.
  • •Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with clear, business-focused compliance guidance and recommendations.
