Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, or an associate degree and 2+ years, or 3+ years of recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • •Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing.
  • •Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers and/or skilled labor.
  • •Ability to review, evaluate, and report on recruiting data.
