Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit fragmented workflows and unify them into a cohesive platform experience as Circle scales.
  • •Design the user experience for Roles, Permissions, and Team Management, making complex logic intuitive for admins and end-users.
  • •Create a scalable billing and subscription experience that unifies how customers pay across the Circle ecosystem.
  • •Design high-stakes security flows including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SSO setup, and account recovery while preserving usability.
  • •Build component-based UI systems in Figma that other designers can easily consume and extend.

Salary: USD 172,500 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience on platform teams, internal tools, or design systems, understanding the difference between designing features and designing frameworks.
  • •Exceptional UI and visual design skills, with a portfolio showing mastery of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
  • •Experience wrangling complex requirements (e.g., permissions or enterprise billing) into clear, logical interfaces.
  • •Expertise in Figma, building scalable components using auto-layout, variables, and variants other designers can consume.
  • •As a Lead, the ability to articulate the “why” behind design decisions and collaborate with engineering to maintain design quality.
