Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow the chain of command and report to the Production Supervisor (Extrusion) for assigned line operations.
  • •Ensure safety, quality, output, and housekeeping for assigned extrusion lines.
  • •Perform line setup, scrap control, and quality checks, and complete all required paperwork.
  • •Inform the supervisor immediately of maintenance issues and any quality, resin, housekeeping, safety, or production issues.
  • •Participate in skill progression/testing and support new hire training as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, or previous manufacturing experience preferred.

  • •Able to keep up with moderate-speed production machines and work 12-hour shifts in a team environment.
