•Lead growth across the SEQ Highways market by leveraging your network to strengthen client relationships with TMR, local government and key infrastructure clients.
•Deliver complex highways projects by providing leadership across major road, corridor and transport infrastructure projects to ensure high-quality, technically robust outcomes.
•Drive technical excellence by championing best practice in highways design and delivery and supporting innovation across digital engineering and integrated design solutions.
•Strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration by working with planners, designers and technical specialists to deliver seamless, integrated project outcomes.
•Develop and mentor a high-performing team, building capability and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
