Job Summary

Join the Cybercrime Research team to investigate major cyber threats impacting the LATAM region, including actors, TTPs, and attack infrastructure from dark web and open sources. You’ll analyze IOCs and TTPs, develop and document detection opportunities in the Threat Intelligence platform, correlate findings to produce customer-ready alerts, and use MITRE ATT&CK to map activity to TTPs. You’ll also create mitigation strategies based on collected intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze IOCs and TTPs of threat actors across the Latin America Threat Landscape.
•Craft, maintain, and document detection opportunities within the Threat Intelligence platform.
•Manage threat actor TTPs and Opsec information to support investigations and alerts.
•Perform correlation and research to create customer-ready, context-rich threat alerts.
•Develop mitigation and countermeasure strategies using MITRE ATT&CK mappings to TTPs.

Key Requirements

•Passion for investigating cybercrime and actively mitigating its impact.
•Knowledge of the LATAM threat landscape and global/local cyber threats (e.g., ransomware, banking trojans, remote access trojans, fraudsters).
•Experience analyzing cybercrime communities and profiling threat actors.
•Deep understanding of the dark web ecosystem, including key platforms and underground communication methods.
•Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) plus familiarity with network technologies, data transfer protocols, and OS architecture.
