Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build a scalable, highly available booking platform.
  • •Contribute to strategic design and architecture decisions for the platform.
  • •Collaborate with front-office trading and product teams to deliver new functionality and improvements.
  • •Liaise with local compliance, NFR, and other risk/control teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • •Provide day-to-day production support as part of the DevOps team.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong Agile/DevOps mindset and understanding of how it works.
  • •Hands-on application design and development experience in Java on Linux systems, ideally with cloud platform experience (not mandatory).
  • •Familiarity with microservices frameworks/architecture and open-source technologies such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
  • •Able to work independently with global stakeholders including product/business, architects, and upstream/downstream IT.
  • •Able to mentor new joiners/junior developers; Prime Broker business knowledge is desirable (not mandatory).
