Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process with internal stakeholders to support successful project execution.
  • •Develop and execute equipment and services procurement strategies for construction and facilities projects.
  • •Perform market analysis to determine should costs and negotiate the best purchasing deals across diverse projects.
  • •Create and negotiate contract documents in collaboration with the legal department, and lead requests for proposals for assigned categories.
  • •Track projected and actual spend, assess budget risk, manage vendor relationships, and execute cost reduction projects while monitoring supply-base KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree and 9+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, operations or supply chain management, master production scheduling, and/or construction/facilities/industrial plant management; or bachelor’s degree and 11+ years in these areas; or 15+ years in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience developing and executing procurement strategies for equipment and services for construction projects.
  • •Strong contract negotiation and contract/document management skills.
  • •Construction project management and/or construction cost estimate experience.
  • •Strong quantitative and cost analytical skills, including budget tracking and spend analysis.
