Key Responsibilities

•Support a hybrid macOS/Windows environment, including ticketing and troubleshooting.
•Provide advisor support and onboarding within documented SLAs, delivering white-glove service in person and over video.
•Execute advisor migrations into Savvy, including email/file migrations to Google Workspace and DNS cutovers (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
•Manage DNS across providers/registrars (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Google Cloud DNS) and maintain email authentication records.
•Own IT provisioning and deprovisioning for employees and advisors, including account creation, platform setup, endpoint allocation, MDM enrollment, and same-day offboarding.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with user onboarding/offboarding and device management.
•Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and MDM solutions.

•Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management for high-touch internal and client interactions.
•Strong communication and writing skills to document processes and explain timelines to technical and non-technical audiences.
