Legal Counsel (Toronto, ON, CA)

Provide day-to-day legal support for Zurich Cover-More and BOXX across Canada and North America, advising business leaders on commercial contracting, insurance and regulatory matters, and privacy and cyber-related issues. Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, partner, broker, technology, and service agreements, assess legal risks, and coordinate with internal and external counsel on disputes and regulatory inquiries. Build broad in-house expertise in a fast-paced environment.
