  • •Analyze production trends to identify improvement opportunities and enhance productivity and quality while reducing scrap.
  • •Develop capital authorization requests and manage capital projects, including leveraging new technology across locations.
  • •Use Six Sigma and Total Quality Management to support process improvement teams and improve the work environment.
  • •Conduct mill audits, develop improvement action plans, manage mill engineering changes and records, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and customers to qualify changes and improve paper grades.
