Key Responsibilities

•Ensure clear understanding and implementation of the latest PUMA guidelines related to T1 laboratory management across T1 supplier based on testing methodologies and guidance defined by the PUMA laboratory manager.
•Support development, manufacturing operations and quality assurance teams in following up on product testing requests.
•Support T1 laboratory audits to ensure compliance with PUMA guidelines and follow up on corrective actions with timely closure.
•Evaluate T1 laboratory processes, test methods, equipment calibration, safety compliance, documentation, and personnel competence; maintain records and follow up on progress.
•Conduct training for T1 laboratories to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree with focus on Material technologies or Mechanical engineering, or equivalent education, or proven experience within the footwear industry with strong understanding of footwear product testing methodologies/standards and laboratory management.
•Strong knowledge of industry footwear standards, testing methods, and regulations.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
