Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver 50+ team- and workflow-level AI solutions end-to-end, running external delivery partners and building citizen-developer and local-developer capability across business clusters.
  • •Run agile delivery (roadmap/backlog, sprints/milestones) and maintain a live RAID log covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • •Source and prioritize the AI solution pipeline via champion network and persona workshops; formalize requirements and align scope and value.
  • •Build on Copilot Studio and the M365 Agent Toolkit with appropriate governance, including solution packaging and a Dev/UAT/Production pipeline with evaluations and human review.
  • •Own delivery quality through testing and user-acceptance coordination, agent validation (accuracy, bias, hallucination checks), and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years as a delivery PM across project, consulting, IT or data initiatives, with agile/workflow-automation delivery and at least one AI/ML or analytics initiative taken to production.
  • •Good understanding of AI and generative-AI concepts and lifecycle to collaborate with engineers and data scientists.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with the Microsoft Copilot product family, especially Copilot Studio and the M365 Agent Toolkit, including governance and application lifecycle management.
  • •Comfort running external delivery partners and managing a high volume of small-to-mid builds with strong engagement with business champions.
  • •Experience with agile/Kanban delivery using Jira or Azure DevOps, with awareness of AI-specific risk and compliance (bias, privacy, security, model monitoring).
