Manager-Training

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and service quality across the business unit. Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs, build a comprehensive 3-year training plan, and run engaging in-person and virtual sessions. Manage training logistics and learning environments, conduct quality inspections and audits, measure training impact, and support BISC certification rollout up to supervisor level.
