Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple commercial real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Develop project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules and landmarks, and quality/risk inputs.
  • •Define project delivery resources, conduct complex RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline, and ensure functions stay on schedule with issues resolved or raised.
  • •Collaborate across multi-discipline teams, facilitate project status meetings, and guide implementation and completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 6+ years of relevant experience; an equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •Prior experience supporting high-end commercial interior projects, dry labs, data centers, mission critical, heavy MEP, and demanding clients.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
  • •Proven track record leading multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments under pressure.
