Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute PD assignments from early development through commercialization and support Sr. Manager, Product Development with full-range PD work.
  • •Assist product development through prototypes, line presentation samples, and Brand Activation samples, ensuring timely delivery.
  • •Coordinate leather/material/components/hardware with cross-functional teams and liaise with factories throughout the development process.
  • •Enforce product quality standards with engineering; check samples, identify potential risks, and help set up testing and trials.
  • •Lead handover meetings, update required reports in EC-Vision to deadlines, and visit sampling partners to verify sample execution before shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years’ experience in product development for handbags, wallets, or accessories (branded experience preferred).
  • •Or welcome top-talent fresh graduate students.
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, cooperation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • •Good knowledge of bag/fashion accessories making processes and familiarity with fabric and leather.
  • •Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; English proficiency.
