Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn your selected apprenticeship trade at Fronius through coordinated practical and theoretical training.
  • •Participate in competence-oriented, individualized training schedules (Turnusplanung).
  • •Complete the apprenticeship in a format that may be shortened depending on your prior knowledge.
  • •Take part in buddy-program support for apprentices and in outdoor apprenticeship seminars.
  • •Progress through the apprenticeship over the stated duration of 3–4 years depending on the program.
