CLO Senior Transaction Manager

Manage the negotiation, closing, and ongoing administration of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) and related structured credit transactions for UMB’s largest and most complex clients. Provide advanced support as a trustee and collateral administrator, negotiate and review transaction documents with external counsel, and coordinate with internal operations, compliance, and corporate trust legal to ensure deal mechanics align with UMB systems, controls, and policies.
