Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide highly complex support to assigned trustee clients with complex needs.
  • •Negotiate transaction documents and close CLO transactions for which UMB is appointed in corporate trust capacities (trustee, collateral administrator, calculation agent, etc.).
  • •Collaborate extensively with external counsel to negotiate documents and resolve issues through closing.
  • •Review legal and transaction documents to ensure operational mechanics and protections for UMB Bank.
  • •Liaise with internal operations, compliance, corporate trust legal, and other support groups to ensure obligations align with UMB systems requirements, controls, and policies.
