Job Summary

Support the Fever for Business (F4B) Sales Strategy & Operations team by analyzing commercial performance and maintaining reporting. Help manage CRM data quality, track pipeline and KPIs, and assist with forecasting, territory planning, and account allocation. Contribute to improving sales processes, prepare analyses and materials for internal business reviews, and automate recurring workflows using spreadsheets, AI tools, or no-code solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the preparation and maintenance of sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
•Assist with CRM data management to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
•Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and commercial KPIs, and support forecasting, territory planning, and account allocation.
•Document and improve sales processes and operational workflows.
•Prepare analyses and presentations for internal business reviews and help automate recurring operational tasks using spreadsheets, AI tools, or no-code solutions.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
•Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
•Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
•Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity).
•Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
