Key Responsibilities

•Manage and update the online assortment on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product catalog, categories, and attributes
•Support online visual merchandising activities, including product placement across listing pages, landing pages, and site navigation
•Monitor commercial performance through KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, sell-through, stock coverage, and category/product performance
•Analyze sales data and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimizing assortment and customer journey
•Collaborate with Merchandising, CRM, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure alignment on launches, collection highlights, seasonality, and product storytelling

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, digital merchandising, or related roles, preferably within fashion / luxury / premium environments
•Strong understanding of key e-commerce KPIs and performance metrics
•Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or product catalog management tools
•Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with reporting and analytics tools
•Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail, aligned with luxury standards
