Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, plan, and drive projects and project plans with management and technical guidance.
  • •Develop and negotiate project schedules, staffing plans, and manage software stack, hardware/firmware dependencies.
  • •Manage end-to-end cluster development, including forecasting, sourcing, procurement, and infrastructure readiness.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define dependencies, close process gaps, and prevent delays.
  • •Maintain the Plan of Record and project artifacts (statements of work, timelines, budget, scope, KPIs) and drive risk/issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Multiple years of technical project management experience leading integrated system-level solutions spanning hardware and software.
  • •Experience managing complex dependencies across hardware, firmware, and software in fast-paced environments.
  • •Strong communication and executive presentation skills, including problem-solving and stakeholder management.
  • •Ability to define, plan, and drive project schedules using management and senior technical guidance.
  • •Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, and data analysis with visual dashboards; Agile experience preferred.
