Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle global recruitment for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
•Source, engage, and assess talent via proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and recruitment platforms.
•Conduct structured recruiter interviews and guide selection through hiring recommendations and market insights.
•Support People Operations initiatives including onboarding coordination, employee lifecycle activities, documentation, and reporting/compliance support.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a global or remote organization.
•Recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles.
•Experience supporting HR Operations or People Operations.
•Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
•Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and sourcing platforms, with strong analytical skills for interpreting recruitment metrics.
