Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve API design and preprocessing algorithms (chunking, structured extraction, etc.) based on customer feedback
  • •Experiment with new techniques and output structures to improve LLM accuracy
  • •Build internal tooling and evaluations to understand and analyze failure cases
  • •Work directly with the founders and customers to shape product direction and engineering strategy
  • •Contribute to the core API and on-prem deployments as part of the founding team

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 5 years of experience building real world applications
  • •Exceptional Python or similar language skills
  • •Ability to build your own tools (e.g., a Streamlit app) to test hypotheses or create datasets
  • •Comfort with the full development lifecycle from ideation to shipping to users
  • •Experience and focus on API design and pre-processing algorithms (chunking, structured extraction, etc.) based on customer feedback
