Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling, and fashion advice while driving sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales by using cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations, including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while keeping the sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including walkie-talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, plus clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak retail days.
