Key Responsibilities

•Set a 3–5 year product vision and strategy for the Splunk Platform and its AI capabilities, working from customer outcomes backward.
•Make portfolio prioritization decisions and develop a defensible point of view on the AI market, including agentic and LLM trends.
•Partner with GTM, finance, and product marketing on pricing, packaging, and adoption paths to translate strategy into revenue.
•Accelerate the transition to an agentic platform by defining the roadmap for integrating LLMs and autonomous workflows for security and observability incident response.
•Lead cross-portfolio alignment by integrating the Splunk platform into Cisco core networking and cloud control infrastructure and bridging on-prem to cloud.
•Serve as the primary technical interface between product and engineering, grounding strategy in architectural feasibility and operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 267,600 - 339,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
•10+ years of engineering management, product management, or product strategy experience for software or platform products.
•Proven experience defining multi-year product vision and roadmaps for cloud and enterprise software in a platform environment.
•3+ years working directly with AI/ML or data platform products, with deep technical fluency in building and operating these systems.
