The North Face: Assistant Store Manager - West Edmonton

Lead and develop a team of brand advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while partnering with the Store Manager to drive store profitability. Oversee floor coverage, open/close operations, and ensure engagement, merchandising, and community connection align with company standards. Support hiring, training, visual merchandising, loss prevention, safety, store audits, and weekly reporting to meet financial and operational objectives.
