Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of technical strategy and operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product development, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • •Identify and resolve technical design and constructional problems.
  • •Ensure a safe working environment and apply the Company Health and Safety Policy.
  • •Manage the technical team on the project site by setting directions, strategies, and daily/weekly/monthly work plans.
  • •Oversee technical excellence by ensuring documentation/drawings, QA/QC deliverables, and efficient team performance within budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Strong practical experience preparing detailed method statements.
  • •Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, policies, and procedures, including material engineering properties and availability.
  • •Excellent technical skills to organize and oversee preparation of technical drawings, plus knowledge of project management and ERP (preferably SAP functional skills).
