Key Responsibilities

  • •Arrive promptly and maintain a polished appearance in line with FIVE’s grooming standards.
  • •Ensure impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
  • •Support culinary and service teams by delivering timely clean dishes, glassware, silverware, and required items.
  • •Handle waste and garbage disposal according to established guidelines and maintain hygienic, orderly environments compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • •Assist with banquet event setup and breakdown, support inventory counts and stock rotation, and report maintenance or repair needs to the team leader or supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in a similar Stewarding role delivering “FIVE-Star” guest experiences.
  • •Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
  • •Good knowledge of Forbes Standards (advantage).
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of first-in-class sanitation and hygiene practices.
  • •Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks.
