  • •Lead the Coating Process Council and own the coatings technology roadmap and Parent/Child PFMEA’s.
  • •Develop employee proficiency levels, training, and mentorship for the coatings sub-discipline.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 15+ years of relevant experience.
