Operations Manager

Lead and oversee security operations in alignment with federal standards, organizational policies, and mission objectives. Supervise security personnel, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with medical, physical, and training requirements under 10 CFR Part 1046. Support operational planning using Design Basis Threat requirements, maintain readiness and performance standards, and manage staffing, scheduling, evaluations, and documentation in a complex multi-site environment.
