Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct supervision and leadership to security personnel per established policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
  • •Oversee daily security operations to ensure compliance with medical, physical, and training standards under 10 CFR Part 1046.
  • •Support operational planning by coordinating activities aligned with current Design Basis Threat (DBT) requirements.
  • •Ensure personnel readiness, training, and performance standards are maintained.
  • •Manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, personnel development, and required reporting/documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,640 - 171,394

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or a related discipline (may be waived with extensive law enforcement, military, and/or security experience).
  • •Minimum 10 years of supervisory or managerial experience in law enforcement, military, or security operations.
  • •Must meet all medical and physical standards for the Security Police Officer I position.
  • •Knowledge of 10 CFR Part 1046, including protective force personnel requirements, and applicable training requirements.
  • •Professional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
