Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all developments of the Calibration Facility to ensure required certifications are covered for product calibration.
  • •Lead certification and accreditation processes for ISO 17025 and MID, and develop CMC calculation tables including uncertainty budgets and stakeholder communication.
  • •Manage Gold Meter testing, issuing corrective actions and driving them to closure.
  • •Develop, maintain, and report calibration quality metrics (e.g., calibration yield, gold meter yield and performance, ISO 17025, MID).
  • •Drive continuous improvement for calibration using statistical process control and quality tools, including root cause analysis and leading improvement/project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in a relevant engineering discipline (or recognized equivalent).
  • •Approximately 3 years of relevant work experience in engineering/quality in a production environment.
  • •Knowledge of machining, mechanical assembly, electronics assembly, and testing.
  • •In-depth knowledge of relevant standards (including ISO 17025, 10790, 9001, and MID).
  • •Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) techniques and software (e.g., JMP, Minitab).
