Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract Role)

Own end-to-end hiring for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing roles in Singapore, sourcing and delivering technician-level talent at speed to support critical production ramp-ups. Conduct structured screening for manufacturing/cleanroom and shift flexibility, partner closely with hiring managers and plant HR, and manage aggressive targets through efficient ATS-driven workflows. Optimize recruiting processes, build repeatable pipelines, and provide real-time hiring risk updates and market insights.
