Key Responsibilities

  • •Own core platform infrastructure including Terraform migrations (VPC, IAM, networking), CI/CD pipelines, and environment provisioning.
  • •Build and maintain tooling and abstractions that enable product engineers to ship and run code without reinventing infrastructure solutions.
  • •Advance observability by completing service instrumentation and building metrics collection pipelines.
  • •Standardize monitoring and alerting, including business and financial operations metrics and synthetic monitoring.
  • •Harden CI/CD pipelines with secrets migration and self-service deployment tooling; support GCP reliability work such as dead-letter queue handling.

Salary: USD 190,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering with significant infrastructure ownership.
  • •Experience building or significantly maturing internal developer tooling, CI/CD systems, or service platforms.
  • •Experience operating in a startup or small-team environment owning meaningful infrastructure surface area.
  • •Direct production cloud infrastructure experience (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure also relevant) with infrastructure-as-code.
  • •Strong partnership with product engineering teams and comfort operating independently on production infra (Terraform, IAM, CI/CD).
