Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical direction and architecture for the team’s trading platform services, including trade-off decisions.
  • •Own the roadmap and delivery by scoping, sequencing, and shipping work predictably.
  • •Plan and execute day-to-day delivery activities (sprint/cycle planning, unblocking engineers, keeping work visible).
  • •Set standards for code and design quality through reviews, design docs, and personal contributions.
  • •Own production reliability and incident follow-through, including latency and correctness targets, on-call health, and incident response.

  • •Senior/staff-level software engineering experience leading a team, formally or as a tech lead.
  • •Demonstrated ability to grow engineers through mentoring, feedback, and raising team performance.
  • •Track record delivering complex systems on schedule, with scoping, sequencing, and prioritization.
  • •Strong coding skills across low- and high-level languages including C/C++, Go, Zig, Rust, Java, Scala, and Python.
