Logistics Ops Process Improvement Intern

Support logistics operations at a 3PL warehouse by driving process improvement projects and automation initiatives. Conduct time studies and process observations to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Help update work instructions (WI), SOPs, and training materials, and analyze operational metrics such as labor productivity and inventory visibility. Partner with 3PL and internal teams in regular operational reviews, including basic 8D investigations and cross-functional execution with transportation teams.
