Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers, with a heavy emphasis on understanding requirements and creatively configuring the product to solve their problems
  • •Responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation for new enterprise customers -- roll up your sleeves and build out the customer’s processes from scratch
  • •Lead training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize the product without additional ongoing help from Zip
  • •Proactive project management across many customers, to manage requirements and tasks across onboarding
  • •Delegate and oversee project-related activities to supporting solutions and technical consultants

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience in Procurement & Sourcing Manager, ERP and P2P Systems Consultant, or managing key customer and stakeholder relationships in a B2B SaaS company
  • •Experience leading enterprise-wide (ideally global) P2P or ERP implementations
  • •Fantastic communication skills
  • •Extreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactive
  • •Experience working with product and engineering teams
