Key Requirements

  • •Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college/university.
  • •6-10 years of relevant experience in a GDC environment.
  • •Experience in retail and hospitality medium-to-large projects.
  • •Proficiency with ASHRAE, CIBSE, and NFPA standards and regulations, plus International Fire Codes (NFPA) and ME codes.
  • •Strong energy modeling software knowledge (eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or IES-VE); PE license preferred.
