Sales Operations Analyst

Sales Operations Analyst supports MongoDB’s global Sales organization through operational excellence, data governance, project ownership, and process optimization. You will manage end-to-end workflows, drive cross-functional initiatives, and deliver actionable insights to boost sales productivity. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Business Systems, with a hybrid work model in Gurugram.
