•Contribute to design direction within your focus area and raise quality through critique and peer feedback.
•Participate in design critiques and team rituals, communicating design rationale and maintaining design craft.
•Proactively seek feedback, grow product thinking, and navigate ambiguity to deliver high-quality design work.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of relevant design experience at a product-driven company.
•Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI prototyping tools such as Figma Make or Cursor.

•A portfolio of recent project work demonstrating craft, design process, and impact on users.
•Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and/or User Research to ship designs.
