•Drive product strategy and set priorities for Navy Mission Command and Integrated Fires based on operational impact and technical feasibility.
•Engage Navy stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape requirements, and support business development efforts.
•Embed with end users during exercises and demonstrations; collect warfighter feedback, troubleshoot technical issues, and iterate rapidly.
•Coordinate across teams and business lines to ensure unified product development and shared capability delivery across the DoW.
•Manage program execution (timelines, budgets, milestones, communications) and translate operational concepts into actionable technical requirements.

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in defense program management.
•10+ years managing complex technical programs, preferably in defense or national security contexts.
•Strong understanding of shipboard Command and Control systems, Integrated Fires, or related warfighting functions.
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
•Active Secret clearance and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI.
