Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of direct mining experience and strong knowledge of mine production and safety.
  • •5–10 years in a leadership role such as Site Superintendent, Maintenance Manager, or Fleet Manager.
  • •Proven experience participating in technology rollouts including autonomy, remote operations, telematics, or machine control systems.
  • •University Degree in Mining Engineering is highly preferred.
  • •Must be based in AZ, CA, TX or WY.
