Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
  • •Provide cost advice on structure, façade, finishing works, and building systems; monitor project costs against budgets.
  • •Assist in preparing tender documentation for key trade packages and support tender processes including quotation comparison.
  • •Assist in managing variations, change orders, and cost adjustments; review contractor claims and progress payments.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports and cost updates; track project cash flow and construction progress against budget; highlight cost issues to the project team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • •5–10 years’ experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
  • •Experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use projects is preferred.
  • •Familiarity with Vietnam construction practices and local contractors is important.
  • •Experience working with consultants is an advantage.
